Left work in 2007 to fully commit to Training, he toured around different countries spending over 3 months in Phuket - Thailand training in Brazilian Ju Jitsu 7 hours a day with the top trainers there.
He has trained with Mixed Martial Arts Super Star veteran Ray Elbe [Phoenix Arizona] USA as well as other Professional Mixed Martial Artists.
Mike had taken over then was building up a successful class at Wrexham Rugby Club [The Rabbit Hutch] but moved to Russ' October 2008.
