We are situated on the second floor of the former X-cess nightclub in Abbot Street, Wrexham Town Centre, above the new bar/restaurant ‘Penny Black.’

The Studio is around 4,000 sq. feet and has toilets/showers, shop and martial Arts training equipment. and has great road, Bus and Rail links to it.

90% of the students just train to keep fit, learn some self defence or have help to control their emotions. There are also classes for anyone wanting to take the sport further by competing or to become an instructor themselves.

The aim of the Centre is to give confidence and help to achieve goals.

Russ uses the vast knowledge he has gained in over 30 years training in the Martial Arts to help new students & the training is geared as much as possible towards each students individual needs.
