Russ Williams has opened a new Martial Arts Studio and Shop in the Centre of Wrexham.

It is on the second floor of the former X-cess nightclub in Abbot Street, Wrexham Town Centre, above the new French bar/restaurant ‘L’etage’.

The Studio is around 4,000 sq feet and has toilets/showers, shop and martial Arts training equipment.

It is the Headquarters for Thai boxing + Kickboxing in Wales, and being in Wrexham has great road, Bus and Rail links to it.

90% of the students just train to keep fit, learn some self defence or have help to channel their energy into doing something constructive.

The aim of the studio is to give confidence and help to achieve goals.

Russ will be using the vast knowledge he has gained in over 30 years training in the Martial Arts to help new students.

The training is geared as much as possible towards each student’s individual needs; what is learnt today will help someone them if they were attacked tomorrow.
